But before the fame she has now, let’s have a glimpse of her life.
Maine is a graduate of Culinary Arts in De La Salle – College of St. Benilde and had her on-the-job training in a resort in New York City, USA. Currently, she is helping in their family business.
Even before, as a student, she is fond of lip syncing and acting in front of camera. That’s why she immediately got hooked into Dubsmash and didn’t had a hard time in getting the attention of netizens.

She became famous in social media because of her videos dubbing Kris Aquino. According to her, making wacky faces in her videos is just normal because she often do it with her family and friends.
Dubsmash-queen-turned-Dabarkads wants to thank all the netizens who liked and shared her videos because it paved the way for her appearance in Eat Bulaga and a dream come true for her. She dreams of becoming an artist.

She said, “Ito 'yung secret ultimate dream ko, maging artista. Pero hindi ko siya sinasabi sa friends ko or hit kanino kasi feeling ko pagtatawanan lang ako kapag nalaman nilang gusto kong maging artista. Ang tingin ko sa pag-aartista noon, medyo impossible. Wala naman akong talent or kahit ano.”
Maine also shared that she got nervous on her first appearance in live television because she cannot correct any mistake while dubbing unlike when she’s recording in her phone and uploading online. But if it happened, she immediately makes exaggerated and funny facial expressions.
Behind all the fame, many people are really wondering of her real voice.
